At Ĺtorohanga Medical Centre we extend our services to visitors and casual patients, however, this is based upon appointment availability and incurs additional fees.
Our enrolments are currently open to new patients.

If you are a new enrolling patient we will need you to complete the following forms and present to our practice:
- Enrolment Form
- Transfer Form
- Bring valid identification
(if you are from overseas we need you to bring your passport and visa)
The Terms of Enrolment Form is for you to read before signing the enrolment form, you do not need to bring a copy of this to the practice.
