ADDITIONAL FEES
We charge additional fees for a variety of extra activities that fall outside the basic consultation. This activities include referrals and letters, injections, blood pressure readings, etc. or for extra time in consultation. Please see the Fees link for a complete list.
You can only enrol at one medical centre at a time. You are able to visit another medical centre as a visitor, however you will be charged a higher fee.
Medical checks of all types including drivers, sporting, school, insurance, etc. are not subsidised and the fees are set by schedule.
Procedures such as biopsy or excision have a set schedule of fees.
There is a surcharge for ACC if your visit is accident related.
BILLING ARRANGEMENTS
We require payment on the day of consultation. If for some reason you are unable to pay on the day of consultation this MUST be discussed with the receptionist prior to your appointment.
If you have difficulty paying the fees, please discuss this with us. We encourage a small weekly automatic payment option and are happy to work together with you if you have budget restrictions.
Interest may be charged at 10% per annum if the account is not paid after 60 days. All costs incurred in recovering debt will be charged to the patient. This includes Debt Collection fees.
It is possible to pay us via internet banking. Ask for our account details and put your patient number as the reference.
