I also deal with patient accounts. I am married with three children and we farm just south of Te Kuiti. I was born in Wellington but have lived in the King Country for about 16 years – almost a local.
Hi, my name is Janelle. I was born and bred in Northland and have three children. I enjoy gardening, travel, art & craft and spending time with family. Born and bred on the “Coast” affectionately known as CDM. I have 3 daughters which I spent most of my free time travelling with during their sporting journey, mainly playing netball in and for Otorohanga throughout their primary school lives. My husband and I still live at the Coast.
Of the 40 years of working, covering such work as Laboratory Technician/ Systems Administrator/ IT Support Person/ Office Administrator, a diverse working life but I’ve enjoyed every minute of the continual contact with people.
This is my first experience, working within the medical fraternity and I am happy to have been chosen to work at the Otorohanga Medical Centre since 2018.
I enjoy meeting and greeting the person, NOT the patient, the person wanting assistance from a medical professional. I am happiest when giving you my time if you can give me your patience, just to have a little natter during your experience with us. My focus is you and the best care the Centre can offer and if you leave us with a SMILE, what more can we ask for.
